Terms of Service

Payment:

I'll only accept Ko-fi, Paypal and Gcash mode of payment.
Strictly no refunds once lineart is done.
Before I start the sketch, half or full payment has to be made.
For commissions higher than $150: 50/50 payment is applicable, place half of the payment once sketch is shown then the next half after flat colours has been applied.
I don't have a consistent TAT as most commissions can take 2 weeks minimum (depends on what type of art and complexity) to finish due to personal life issues, you'll have to add 50% of your total to be put on priority.
If someone pays for your commission via trade/voucher, you must state it in your commission request.

Commission Process:

I'll be sending the first draft for checking, once second draft is sent please state any changes need to be made as once lineart is in process there'll be no changes accepted after 3 revisions.Only state changes that's an error on my part (e.g., character design) Other than that, unnecessary small changes can only be accepted during the sketches.

Personal Use Commission:

This type of commission means there'll be no profit to be gained and it's only for the client's personal use such as wallpaper, profile, posting in social media sites (with credit and non-profit) even printing for self use.In this, I have full rights to post the finished artwork and use as samples.

Commercial Use Commission:

This type of commission means it profits/solicits the client. In this, it can be used for business purposes, branding, marketing materials, etc. Youtube, Twitch, and any streaming platforms are not counted unless they directly profit from my artwork. (Merch, standees, etc.)Streaming Purposes - 80%
Commercial Purposes - 100% - 150%In this, I can still post the finished artwork unless the client states not to. There'll be an additional of 50% of the total.

NSFW (fetish, kinks, nudity, but please do ask if I'm comfortable in certain fetishes as I may charge extra in some)
LGBT+ ships
Anthro/Furry, mecha, kemonomimi, and human ocs or character from any media
Fanart
Gore

Can't do:

Inappropriate context of underage characters
Overly-detailed gore
Semi-realism
Hate speech art or with any vulgar context

12 emotes - $60
24 emotes - $100

Additional 50% of total if two different characters, no add if mascot
Other amount of emotes are negotiable, as well as animated emotes

Stream Alerts

Original price of per alert : $25

3 alerts - $40
6 alerts - $65

Additional 50% of total if two different characters, no add if mascot
Other amount of alerts are negotiable, these are simple gifs-like animated. Not full animation nor L2D animated

Panels

Original price of per panel : $20

3 panels - $35
6 panels - $60

Additional 50% of total if two different characters, no add if mascot or items
Other amount of panels are negotiable
These will be in chibi form, if preferred in bust form, prices can be changed but negotiable
